Refund & Return Policy

At The Game Garden, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We want to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free experience when it comes to refunds. Please read our refund policy below for more information:

 

Cancellation Policy for In Stock Items: Customers may request a cancellation of their order with zero fees as long as the shipping process has not began. This policy does not include preorders.

 

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Be sure to inspect your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations before then.



Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure that any tags or labels are still attached.



Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@thegamegarden.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns should be sent to the address provided by our team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature and to ensure the integrity of our products. This includes any sealed trading card game products. All of these products are final sale. If you have any questions about the eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to our customer support team.

 

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a smooth and efficient process.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
