Cancellation and Return Policy

At The Game Garden, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We want to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free experience when it comes to refunds. Please read our refund policy below for more information:


Cancellation Policy for In Stock Items: Customers may request a cancellation of their order with zero fees as long as the order has not begun processing for shipment. The time it takes for an order to begin processing varies but typically happens within 24 hours. If you request to cancel your order after it's already been processed for shipping, but has not been shipped yet, you may still cancel the order with a 10% cancellation fee. Once an item has been shipped it can no longer be canceled. If you do not want the item, please refer to our return policy.


Cancellation Policy for Preorders: Preorders are eligible for cancellation with no fee within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, all preorders will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.


Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund as long as the item is eligible for this policy (please refer to our eligibility section located below for more information). Shipping will be at your expense if the item is being returned due to a reason that is not our responsibility such as buyer's remorse and it may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee at our discretion. If an item is being returned for something that is our responsibility such as being defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we may cover the shipping costs or offer alternative compensation.

Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Be sure to inspect your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations before then. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure that any tags or labels are still attached. Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature and to ensure the integrity of our products. This pertains to any items that are final sale, such as sealed trading card game products. If you have any questions about the eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to our customer support team.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return address. Please note that returns should be sent to the address provided by our team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the issue is our responsibility, at our discretion we may provide you one of the following options: a return shipping label, a partial refund on your order, or a discount on your next purchase.

Please note that we sell manufacturer sealed products, we are not responsible for any manufacturer defects to the packaging or contents. This can include but is not limited to the following: small rips to the plastic, dings on corners, scuffs to the plastic, or any other minor imperfections to the packaging material. The contents are packaged by the manufacturer and any errors are out of our control. We do not consider these examples to be damage eligible for a return but please reach out to us regardless so that we can make it right.


Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, as long as the item meets the conditions set forth in our return policy, then we will approve your refund. If the item does not meet our criteria, the refund may be accepted with a fee or denied outright. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a smooth and efficient process.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.
